What does the geolocation bat command do?

There are many videos on the network where the location of the subscriber is determined by the phone number.
One of these videos uses a bat file containing
geolocation.bat

geolocation = 79012208978
= latitude
= longitude

We provide a phone number and want to get the latitude and longitude.
The latitude and longitude will be written to the file geolocation.txt
And this method is said to work.
What does the geolocation bat command do? Where does location information come from?
PS
There is an assumption that this is just a scam.

Firstly, there is no such command in the windows command interpreter.
Secondly, the construction is incorrect from the point of view of syntax.
One of these videos uses a bat file with content.
And in one video I saw how one person shoots a hundred enemies with one pistol and shoots down a couple of helicopters, without even changing the store.

In this case, the geolocation command is nothing more than this very bat file of the same name. Those. it runs itself recursively on the first line with "=" and "79012208978" arguments. As a result of the operation of such a bat file, of course, no coordinates will be obtained, and after a while the memory will probably overflow and a failure will occur. You might as well create a file called getbeer.bat with the content "getbeer Porter 10 bottles" and expect your favorite beer to appear in the fridge.
And the coordinates can be written to the geolocation.txt file, for example, from another computer over the network during video recording.
