What does the first parameter in MongoDB\BSON\Timestamp::__construct mean?

Good afternoon.
I need to save a field with Timestamp for a document. I want to use MongoDB\BSON\Timestamp
but I can't figure out what the first parameter means integer $increment
Can you explain please
