What does the entry in the apache access log "GET testp4.pospr.waw.pl/testproxy.php" mean?
Hello!
I got to the analysis of the Apache logs. I can not understand. Here is the entry
91.196.50.33 - - [20/Jun/2016:23:23:12 +0200] "GET testp4.pospr.waw.pl/testproxy.php HTTP/1.1" 404 421 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0"
I understand that someone from the address 91.196.50.33 made a request for the page testp4.pospr.waw.pl/testproxy.php through the web server?
How is this possible? Does this mean that there is a proxy script on the server?

No, it's just that someone from a Polish host (perhaps a bot) was trying to find an interesting script on your server with a legitimate 404 response.
If I had one hair for each such request, I would have run out of normal hair in a week or two.
