What does the backend look like outside of Russia?

I’ll make a reservation right away - I’m a frontender.
For example, in Russia this is usually Bitrix, netkat. I gave the layout with scripts to the proger and they put it on the tsmsk.
But what is used in America, Europe, London, Dubai for example? What does the implementation of the site look like there?

In Russia, this is usually WordPress, if we consider the CMS market. Not in Russia, too, WordPress.
So it's no different.
If the CMS is not considered, then there is no difference either.

If we are talking about business cards / blogs, then most often WordPress, if this is a web application, then the stack can be different and there will be some kind of framework. It is difficult to find customers in that market with only layout - layout, as a rule, goes along with design.
