What does route mean in rbac yii2?

I sit, I understand with rbac. Here there are Roles, there are privileges, but there is such a thing as routes, which are not clear why they are needed and take code 2, which the privilege has. There is not a word about this in the documentation, why are they needed?
And the second question, is it possible for one user to inherit from several roles?

There is no such concept of route in RBAC, you can inherit from several roles.
