What does "No server supplied!" mean? in postgres?

On the Linux Ubuntu 16.04 server, there is a postgresql database server, Apache, php 7.2 and phpgadmin ...
And the question is when creating a table and filling it with data manually (via SQL or via the web interface), everything works fine, but when importing data or when executing a script SQL outputs the error "No server supplied!" what does it mean and how to deal with it?
