use Cordova to create mobile applications, before that I created only for android and in principle everything was smooth. Now it was necessary to create applications for Windows Phone. I followed the instruction of cordova official site, installed all necessary packages. When building a project,
cordova build windows
I get the following error:

perhaps it was necessary to install something else or configure something? In principle, when I dealt with applications for android, the documentation off the site did not help me, maybe the same problem here, but alas, for WindowsPhone and Cordova, I did not find any good information.
