What does it show on DHCP?

Good afternoon. There is a Windows Server 2016 and the DHCP role is raised on it. Previously, both IPv4 and IPv6 had a green checkmark, but now I noticed that the icon has changed on IPv4. What does this icon mean? Screen attached
