What does it mean when job postings say “Experience with one of the frameworks: Symfony, Laravel, Yii”?

Let's say I'm more or less good at Laravel
Yii, I've never tried
something like Hello World with a router on Symfony.
90% of vacancies write "experience with one of the frameworks."
Does this mean that they will give time to learn some other framework?
Or does it mean that if the applicant is good at one thing, then he will be given projects on this particular framework, because in other frameworks he will be stupid in the documentation and take a long time to do even the simplest tasks?
Judging by the fact that employers in PHP are, most often, "IP Vardanyan", I suspect that it will be something like "Can you write in Laravel? Cool! Here you need to fix something on Wordpress, you'll figure it out ..."
Especially surprising from employers with their own project(s): "You need to know at least one framework: Laravel, Symfony, Yii ... we write in Symfony." So why not require knowledge of Symfony?
Is it a shortage of specialists in the market or an attempt to cover all applicants by stuffing as many words as possible into a resume so that it comes up in the search?

This means that if you mastered one, you can easily write on another

A specialist and language is not a hindrance. If he fumbles in one, then he will easily merge into the other. The same with frames. If you know one, then you do not need to explain the principle of operation and their purpose.
Plus, yes, it crams words to increase search results. For example, we were looking for a powerful front-ender. My recommendations for the job title "frontend developer (middle+)" were shaved in favor of "html coder", explaining that "your version was viewed by 6 people, and ours by 200+". So it turns out that with their option, out of a hundred applications submitted, 90 are immediately swept aside, because. people see the "impositioner", and we need a frontender, and even with a good deal of experience.
Plus, most jobs are HR. They ask programmers for buzzwords and use them where they don't need to.

If you have experience using a particular framework, then it will be easier to learn another one, especially when you have an example of how to properly prepare it in a particular place.
Office norms require symfony, who are poorer, are forced to look for those who can do any framework of similar architecture.

Yes. You will learn another framework, and you will be paid a salary for it.
But due to the fact that you already have a similar experience, you will quickly learn everything to the required small level.

This is the same.
