What does a tester need to know to move to Europe?

- General knowledge about testing (types of testing, creation of test cases)
- Knowledge of English at the level of reading / translating those. Documentation
- HTML/CSS
- Programming, low skill, I'm pumping :)

2. What to learn, where to dig?
