What does a "pumped" GitHub account look like?
Hello.
For example, you can show how a "pumped" GitHub account should look like, which will interest the employer.
Interested, in particular stack: JavaScript; Node.js, React.js. But any other is possible.
I looked at accounts like this: https://github.com/nodejs/node/graphs/contributors , but I want to know from the employer's point of view.

How to get an employer interested:
1. Avatar. Yes, she should be. It's even better if it's your photo. If you see a default avatar in a profile, there is a feeling that a person has GitHub just for show.
2. Contact email.
3. The activity bar should be green (see examples above), but in moderation - you don’t need to strive to color every cell, you also need to rest. If you go to the profile, and the light green cells were occasionally a year ago, or vice versa, they appeared only two weeks ago, then the employer's page will not be of interest.
4. Link to a personal site.
5. Presence of own public repositories. The employer wants to see your code, so it is highly desirable to have fresh commits in them. What should be a great repository on GitHub is a topic for a separate question, here I will write briefly: README, clear structure, tests, stars.
6. Contribution to Open Source projects. I happened to meet profiles in which all the points above were completed, but nevertheless their owners were very weak developers. Contributing to major open source projects is definitely a win. It is highly desirable that you have it.
7. Stars, Followers, Following. All this would also be nice to start. If you have a lot of followers on GitHub, then most likely you are something in the world of Open Source, since others are interested in following you.
PS: A good github profile can act as a resume itself. Very often, headhunters come to you through it.
Here is an example of my project https://github.com/CppComet/comet-server , I give a link to it in my summary and they are interested in it several times a year. Plus, sometimes they write from freelance.
JS, React.js???
