Java concurrency, Spring, Hibernate, Docker, REST, SOAP - just a must, otherwise 99% of good jobs will pass by.
Oracle, SQL, NoSQL, Unix, Gagrbage Collector - highly desirable.
In general, the requirements for java-back are serious, it’s not a fact that you know enough java, juniors are almost not needed here.

I would reduce the requirements for the level of junior backend developer for one item: the ability to write unit tests and integration tests with fixtures for a popular framework.
The rest of the requirements will indirectly pass.
And it will be true for Java, and for PHP, and for Python, and for any backend stack.
