What documents should an online store provide to a customer when paying through Yandex.Checkout?
Hello.
There is Internet.Shop.
The organization works only by bank transfer. Moreover, wholesale trade is declared in all reporting documents. There is no retail trade, as such, although legal entities sometimes send small amounts. There is no cash register and is not planned.
We want to connect an online store to Yandex.Checkout in order to accept payments from individuals, including small ones. Individuals will be able to pay through Yandex.Cashier in any available way (cards, Yandex.money, cash through the terminal, etc.).
With the technical side of this problem, the issue of connection is solved.
The main thing that is hindering the introduction of accepting payments through Yandex.Checkout so far is various legal and accounting issues. The accounting department and management want everything to be drawn up correctly so that the inspection bodies do not have ground for unnecessary questions. In cases where the seller company is initially focused on retail, when the buyers are individuals, there is a cash register, etc., adding the Yandex.Checkout aggregator is easier. On the one hand, our company wants to accept payments through Yandex.Checkout, on the other hand, it does not want to fall under the criteria of the tax inspection - Retail Trade. (Retail trade is checked more strongly - no one needs extra hemorrhoids with checks)
Previously, our organization entered into an agreement with each buyer (with legal entities and individuals). With individuals, if they agreed to pay through the bank to the account of our company, an agreement was also concluded. At the same time, individuals were asked for passport data for the contract. For accounting, everything turns out beautifully, but I understand that this greatly scares off potential buyers. Now everyone wants registration in a few clicks and few people are ready to provide passport data, etc., if there is an alternative. I would like to require a minimum of data from the buyer, but at the same time that everything be drawn up according to the law.
If the buyer (individual) pays to the organization through Yandex.Checkout, what documents must the organization provide to the buyer? What information is required from the buyer? Is it possible to do without passport data.? How do you reflect such payments / shipments in accounting?
PS I know that many online stores can turn a blind eye to the correct paperwork, work semi-legally, etc. But I would like to know the experience of those who arrange everything as expected, or at least strive for it.

I am not an expert in electronic payments, but I will give advice).
Everything is really simple and depends on what you are trading, but there should be no problems. I recommend contacting Yandex directly. Leave a request for connection and they will conclude an appropriate contract with you. I think they will give better explanations.
You will receive money not from physical. persons, but from Yandex under an agreement. Accounting documents will only pass between you and Yandex. At the end of each month, they will send you a statement of payments under the contract. Yandex makes payments on the next banking day to your current account after payment from an individual. In this regard, everything is good for the tax authorities.
As a confirmation of payment, an individual will receive an electronic check from Yandex by mail, and in the case of payment by card, they can request details through their bank.
Most likely, you will need to prepare a public offer agreement, which will describe the terms of delivery of your goods, return conditions and guarantees, if any. But here I think it all depends on the service or product.
I'm not a lawyer, I passed by:
provodka.ru/factory/know-how/nalogi/allkka - follow the link with the articles of the Civil Code
Well, or make a separate daughter purely for retail.
As all previous commentators said - the contract is an offer. This is a mandatory requirement of Yandex - to post an offer on your website (you can in the footer, next to the icons of payment systems). Written consent (including a "tick") is not required for it.
Documents: Yandex.checkout payments will not be cash receipts for you (Yandex will transfer everything to your account). That's why you don't give any checks. Yandex will provide the buyer with a check (in his personal account on Ya.Dengah or an online bank entry - depending on how the user pays for the purchase) and you will receive all the docks where payments from buyers and the Yandex commission will be taken into account. Everything is ok with the tax office.
And yes, a separate IP is usually created for online payments. An individual entrepreneur enters into an agreement with Yandex and money comes to his account.
