What do you use to store test cases and checklists?

Good afternoon, colleagues.
Tell me, what do you use to maintain test documentation? Interested in the cheapest, ideally free, tools, online services, etc. I write cases traditionally in Google docs, and checklists, respectively, in tables. I tried to use the corporate wiki, but somehow it didn't work. Don't offer TestLink)
Testing medium-sized projects, without automation yet. Functionality, cross-browser compatibility, layout. I look forward to your advice.

Last job TFS (big, expensive monster from MS)
Current one - own solution
Acquaintances - Jira (it costs a penny for 10 users) / Redmine (don't know about the price)

Any free wiki engine.
I use Confluence at work, but it's paid.

For checklists, you can use the CheckFlow service https://checkflow.ru/checklist/checklist_rukovodit...
It can do such beautiful and very functional things:
