Which PHP library for photo resizing and compression do you think does it as efficiently as possible with minimal loss of quality? I’m doing it now with the help imagejpeg();, the photos become soapy, and the site is sharpened very much for the visual.

If you can’t do without “compress”, then I now prefer the webp format.
Well, for resizing with minimal "soap", I use cubic interpolation (OpenCV).
