If development comes from scratch and you want relative simplicity, then Angular. Otherwise React.

Why not React+Flux+Angular?
React is a view.
Flux is architecture.
Angular is a framework.
PS: React is very handy. If you try it, you risk that you will like it. In any case, get valuable experience.
