What do you recommend for camera work?
- There is an ov9712 camera (you can advise another) at a distance of 5-10 meters
- A display with LVDS (you can advise with a simpler interface, but it should be bright enough to see the picture on the street without any problems)
So, these 5- 10 meters (I'm worried about possible interference) you need to transmit a picture, I think it's better to use a wired connection, after that, this picture should be displayed on the display and, if desired, save the photo in HD.
The subtlety is that everything should be "own", i.e. advice to use a unicameral computer would mean making your own such computer, and this is expensive.
Does anyone have any ideas to simplify the implementation?

STM are you serious? You can see what frequency of the DCMI interface it has, and what frequency is needed to work with ov9712. You will not get a picture better than 800x600. Other solutions are needed here.
To be honest, I myself am interested in such a solution, I did not find it (well, except for FPGAs and Texas signalers), but in the process of searching I unequivocally concluded for myself that general-purpose controllers are not suitable.
upd.
Case in point:
I think a differential pair should be used for transmission. Perhaps even in the form of a Barker code (as in Ethernet).
It’s not clear why all this is needed, but instead of a camera with a processing board and other husks, it’s easier and cheaper to hang the cheapest smart with an android (1500 rubles, it’s possible and cheaper if you do it yourself) from which you can transfer video \ photo anywhere and any way you like without unnecessary haemorrhoids
