What do you need to learn in Ubuntu?
All the same, I installed a second Ubuntu OS for myself and was pleasantly surprised by its interfaces and smooth operation. So I decided to ask a question, what is the most important thing to learn in this OS for a front-end developer? I understand that there are even books on Linux, but somehow I don’t really want to spend time on them. there is something to read on other topics. Perhaps there are some basic criteria for the ability to work with this OS. Thanks

I myself have been using it for 3 months, I did not need any books to work with Ubuntu. All I need is stupidly Google.
You need to know and understand first . So that you have an idea about entering commands. Simply googling you will achieve less than using a systematic approach. You don’t need to memorize like university subjects, but you need to understand everything that you will drive in the terminal. Try to compare your own knowledge of Windows and in about half a year about Linux, it is likely that they will be one level lower.
so in order to learn Linux you need two
things
1. forget about gui, there are too many of them and they are all crooked, learn them as much as possible.
2. Yuzay console utilities, up to the player and editor.
3. learn find grep xargs sed and in principle after that you can solve most of the tasks in Linux yourself.
the better you learn the above, the faster you will understand the futility of all textbooks.
