What do you need to know to be a full fledged NodeJS developer?

Welcome all. This question was asked many times 2-3 years ago. But, I want to know about the relevance of the lists of technologies for today. What list of technologies does a NodeJS developer need to know, with what level of knowledge are they hired?
I know express knowledge is required, databases are mongodb, jwt and json.
