Here's one . Do not take it for advertising, just yesterday there was an article on Habré mentioning it.
Interested in what technologies and tools were used, what you need to know and be able to do? Or maybe all this is done in some constructors like the form designer in Visual Studio ... I don’t know, I’m a complete zero in site building.

and yet you are going to do it yourself? The site is basically very simple. In fact, this is one page, the FAQ service and Questions and suggestions are organized through a third-party resource https://www.uservoice.com/ . The Download Link simply opens a hidden block. So basic knowledge of design, layout (html + css) and js (at the level of attaching one slider to the site) is enough.
Do what you know how, and entrust this work to a freelancer.
