At a minimum - a high-quality power supply and a memory card.
USB cord if the household does not have one.
If you need to toss the HDMI cable to the monitor
The case and the set of radiators - to taste
The rest - depends on your tasks.
What tasks will the board solve?
In general, take a microUSB cable from your phone. Buying separately, you can fly into thick insulation with hair instead of conductors.
A memory card is not from the category "a handful for 100 rubles on ali".
If you need a network, then the network cable is the right length.
If it will output something to the monitor, then the HDMI cable is the right length.
If it reads some sensors, then the sensors themselves will be needed, power to them, because the GPIO on the raspberry seems to give out a maximum of 6mA. And possibly 5-3.3V level converters.
I recommend buying a set of radiators. They cost 100 rubles, and the temperature will be lowered significantly.
The case is also desirable, at least for aesthetic reasons.
If you are going to make a router out of raspberries, then think again, because the network and everything else there hangs on one USB controller, i.e. bandwidth will be shared by all.
NAS from it is also so-so for the same reason.
