What difficulties can arise in SEO-promotion of a multi-domain application with a single database?

I am developing a resource in jung, presumably, which is planned to have several web interfaces located on different domain names. Basically, the database is assumed to be the same for all resources.
Interested in the question, what difficulties may arise with the promotion of these sites?
