What database to use for a multi-platform application on Kotlin Multiplatform?

I can not give myself a database for a cross-platform application written in Kotlin Multiplatform. According to the recommendations, I looked towards MongoDB Realm, but it's somehow scary to use it, because it's still in alpha test. Therefore, I can not figure it out and choose the right option for myself.
