What css property can affect the dimming not only in the area where the site is drawn, but also the entire browser, including tabs and the whole window as a whole?

I'm laying out the site, in the end I didn't really have time to do anything, but I already messed up in the code (possibly).
The fact is that when you click on the right mouse button, a default window pops up (reload, save, and everything like that ...) and the entire browser is darkened. The second such case occurs when I drag links, (just click and drag) or navigate to some element.
Maybe someone faced such a problem or maybe someone knows what css property can do this?

I solved the problem, it was because of the PixelPerfect plugin. It is not necessary to simply remove the plugin or disable it, but before these actions, you need to remove screenshots of all pages from the plugin. At least I'm fine now.
