What CSS methodology do you use?

I have been using a BEM-like methodology for my projects for some time now. I don’t use the entire stack of technologies, for my tasks it seems to me too redundant. But somehow I no longer like monstrous css-classes :) I am slowly looking for something else. Please tell us what methodology you are trying to adhere to or maybe I'm no longer relevant with my question and everyone is sitting on the modules? :)
