Don't be scared by "C Source Codes" - there is enough theory there.

N. Smart. Cryptography . Russian translation is very good. It's hard to find in the open sale, but you know what the pirate code says to do in such a situation. In our universities, this book is usually not liked a little, it is advised to read domestic authors, but according to observations, it is worth reading.
