Good day! Recommend a CRM that meets the following requirements:

1. free, open source
   
2. Russian language support
   
3. PHP and MySql technologies
   
4. Not cloudy , I can put it on my server

A good crm is Bitrix24, it has an api, so you can connect to anything. Plus there is a desktop application. FREE, but not opensource, but you can finish it, via api.
WordPress (as a basis) - you are tormented. Get some php framework.

Get OroCRM because it's built on top of Symfony2, it's modular and extensible, and it's open source. It also has a mechanism of translators.
