What could be wrong with SOAP?
Good day!
SOAP was configured, everything worked.
But you need to reconfigure it to a different address, after which a SOAP-ERROR error occurs: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from ' https://test.ru/test.ru/ws/iRegistry.1cws?wsdl ' : failed to load external entity " https://test.ru/test.ru/ws/iRegistry.1cws?wsdl (the address for the post is fictitious)
In the browser https://test.ru/test.ru/ws/iRegistry.1cws?wsdl opens, I see xml structure.Only the information about the certificate "Certificate is invalid" Whether the certificate can affect performance. If not, for what reason the error "SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL" may still appear

"Can the certificate affect performance"
Maybe.
If possible, you should place the WSDL at another address that is accessible without a certificate (http protocol).
I hosted the WSDL in the resources of the client application.
