What could be the reason for the following error on tryruby.org?

When I start writing something on this site, a quote mark is placed before each letter.
Looks like this. I write: "help", output: "'h'e'l'p". The text is not removed. If you put a space, then "'" comes out.
Exactly the same situation on railsforzombies.org
I'm sitting with Ubuntu. How to fix?
