What could be the reason for the 403 error when loading css js (wordpress)?

On one single page of the site on wp, when the page is updated, all styles fly off, in the developer tools there are a lot of 403 errors when loading js and css.
The rights to the folder to the www-data user are exposed. nginx server. I didn't find anything suspicious in the logs. What could be the reason? Thanks in advance!
