What could be the problem with ionic run?

Good day to all.
Such is the problem. There is an application written with the help of Ionic + Cordova
Until today everything worked well. Today added splash screens for the application.
Having registered them in `config.xml` of the project.
When I type `ionic build ios` there are no errors. But when you try to upload the application to the phone, both using `ionic run ios` and using Xcode, errors fly out. (screenshots below). When running through the emulator, everything is fine.
What could be wrong. This is if run through Xcode
