What could be the problem with importing a project on Eclipse?

Hello, basically here is the question. I'm trying to import ready-made light projects on Eclipse, it gives an error "Unable to resolve target 'android-18'" on all projects. Projects are mostly not complicated (calculator, note, etc.) Can you tell me what the problem is? Thanks in advance for your replies.

1. In Eclipse: Window - Android SDK Manager
, find Android 4.3.1 (API 18) in the list, check the box and install.
2. Or right-click on the project Properties tab Android and select the SDK that is already installed (you can see what is in the project that is going to)
