What could be the problem in hyper-v2016?

Such a question, platform supermicro 5018d-mtf i5 4460 processor, 16 GB, 1000 GB (32 MB cache) in softtrade 1 toshiba. If you install win ser 2016 and raise hyper v in it, in which there are 2 guest systems, everything just flies, everything is super! But if you install hyper-v server 2016 and you have guest systems, terrible brakes ... What could be the problem?
