I made registration for new users, according to the following algorithm (I do it on asp.net mvc)
If anyone has any questions where the data from the session comes from: This data is obtained if the user wants to register again after sending a confirmation message to the mail.
Yes, what's all this about? the fact is that some users continue to click to register even after the message that a confirmation letter has been sent to the mail.
But I feel like something is missing. Does anyone have any thoughts or is it ok?

not just a modal should open, but a page where it says that the letter has been sent, and there is no registration button, it's good if there is a login form without a registration button
