Tell me what compresses and caches pictures.

I assume that with the help of nginx it processes the request and creates the image cache with it? Maybe there are some plugins or libraries? Thank you very much for any hint)

The cache is kept by NGINX and you are advised to cache
Utilities for compression is full, choose any. This is usually a company secret.
