What cms or solution to use for the directory of organizations?

Need a directory of organizations manufacturers of auto parts. It is assumed that the organization can register itself, or already get access to the completed card. Post your offers/news/photos and contacts there. Is there a ready solution? Or what is the best way to organize?

Google the phrase "Business Directory". Full of everything.
For example, scripts on codecanyon.net: https://codecanyon.net/search?utf8=✓&term=Business...
If you do it on a CMS, then I would do it on Drupal. There you can quickly do this with the Views module.
