What causes the loading window to hang while the modal dialog is active?

Hello toast people!
Problem here in what - there is a certain configuration. Runs in thick client mode (regular application). When the system starts, a modal dialog is displayed. So, the dialog is displayed, but it is blocked by the 1C:Enterprise loading window until this dialog is closed. How to fix such a bug?

Solved through ShowWarning(), but just Warning() refuses to work normally

Do you output, I hope, at the Beginning of the System, and not at the Beginning of the System? In this case, you can "work around" the problem by calling the wait handler with a split second after start.
