What causes the iCloud problem window to pop up?

In the last month, the following window



pops up every few hours: I enter the password, it gives an error. Then, using the phone, I restored the password several times and changed it to a new one. Then I tried to enter the password again, but again it gives an unknown error. How to get rid of this annoying window?
