What causes flickering during 3d transform in webkits?

Good evening
2 times in a couple of days I met with the problem that browsers on web kits (chrome and opera looked) behave strangely with preserve-3d; , namely, the elements disappear for a fraction of a second.
Example
It may not flash and everything is OK, the whole book may flash, its right page may flash.
This is how it happens to me when the page is updated. Just like a casino, guess the glitch effect....

How can this be fixed if it behaves differently every time? and this is CSS.
If you look at this book in a vacuum, and even looked at the styles and scripts of the site, everything is fine.

The second case is also a preserve-3d transformation; , but there it was decided to replace it, because the chrome always blinked the same way.

I don't blink. But there is a noticeable shift of the picture when the flipping is completed, but it is necessary to move the pictures so that they clearly match.
