What causes a component to throw an error when loading a page in incognito mode?

When loading a page in incognito mode, an error occurs, the template styles are not loaded (the entire layout of the page flies). Everything works in the admin.
The error occurs when calling a specific component ("bitrix:catalog.smart.filter"), if you remove it, then everything works.
