What can you use to get torn map tiles?

Good afternoon, you need to get rasterized tiles (in this case, Uganda, but more interested in the tools themselves).
Preferably with some kind of logic (binding).
Interested either in any px format or:
.osm / .mp / .shp / .tiff / mid/mif /
+ the question is whether there is such logic in google maps (I could not find it in the api).
Paid options work too.
I would like to get as many options for different tools as possible to go and study them.

From all sorts of shapes and other things, QGIS can
