What can you read to understand databases and SQL Server?

I created a question because similar to Habré were asked at least 3 years ago and many books were translated in 2014 and may be out of date. I would like something more relevant (if there are real differences between the old versions)

Start with general knowledge ( sql + book ). I highly recommend Martin Graber.
Then the implementation features according to the Microsoft SQL documentation .
