What can mean in this Kernel panic?

this is a piece of iron polycom rss4000 discontinued and supported.
the flash memory on it is damaged. and after booting the system goes away. what thread can do?

Broken file system, most likely: different files are missing.
Tainted indicates that the module/driver has corrupted something in memory and this may have caused the kernel to panic.
The kernel is built from a slice of source codes and seems to have debug information.
The manufacturer can provide more details.
