I have an nginx server with the following config

server {
  listen 80;
  server_name cloud.marcusmebel.ru;
  return 301 https://$server_name$request_uri;

    }

    location ~ \.ht {
        deny all;
    }

}

It starts, the logs are clean, but I can't access the site ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Please tell me what could be the problem?

Do
it If you answer something like this

<html>
<head><title>301 Moved Permanently</title></head>
<body bgcolor="white">
<center><h1>301 Moved Permanently</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx/1.11.9</center>
</body>
</html>

then you do this
if you get a refuse then check the openness of port 443 in the firewall
Well, service nginx statuslook for the fact that the service really started without errors.
