What can happen on a computer if 18+ pages appear when clicking on links in Google?

In general, when I score something in Google Chrome, and on the main page I go to other sites, then I go to the same site (s * xy-dating), and 18+ pictures appear, and it does not go to the sites I'm trying to go to (these are university sites), what could be on the computer??? What virus??

bug in the browser. should be checked and removed.
