What can happen if Google play console copyright infringement occurs in my situation?

I am building a small music application with playlists. I read the documentation from Google Play about copyright. It says that users should not be allowed to download or listen to music if it is protected by copyright. In my application there is no way to download tracks, but only listen online. Can an app or account be banned? There are a lot of applications on Google Play that distribute songs without having permission to use them.
