When scrolling, the font of the titles of the questions changes to almost unreadable. And I can't figure out when it happened. Before that, I did not approach the laptop for a couple of days. And today I updated Chrome from version 97.xxx to 98.0.4758.80 (maybe this update broke the toaster?)
OS - Kubuntu 20.04.
In incognito mode with extensions completely disabled, the same thing.

It was Chrome bug 98.0.4758.80 After updating to version 98.0.4758.102 the bug disappeared.

I installed an extension in chrome, through which you can change the styles of the site on the fly - "Stylish"
Added through it:

.question_short {
     transform-style: inherit;
}

and everything became normal. Developers do not yet have the resources to fix this jamb.
