What can cause an unstable connection in the ZUM program?

The problem is that in the zoom program, it says that the connection is not stable.
1)Cisco Catalyst WS-C4948E-FS Comes from you 10g and through 5 lacp ports goes to Mikrotik.
2) Mikrotik CCR-1036 comes with 5 ports in lacp from cisco. Firewall, nat is raised on Mikrotik.
3) The mikrotik ccr-1036 core got 5 lacp ports into it, 3 lacp links went to the nexux x3064 from the core, 3 lacp links went to bdcom3616, 1 link to bdcom 3310B, and 1 link to nexthop 3930 on this switch server with dhcp and billing and company website.

There is no traffic congestion of about 4Gbps, and then only in the evening, but the zoom does not work normally even with a load of 1Gbps, what could be or what would you advise me to do?

Start by checking that lacp normally scatters connections over wires, otherwise the hashing policy is such that everything falls on one wire.
For diagnostics, cut off the firewall. Perhaps all your traffic begins to pass through the processor of the router (normally, it should go first to the processor, and then only through the switching matrix), which leads to plugging.
