Proxmox

What can block the network between proxmox and bdcom3310?

Good afternoon. There is proxmox with virtual machines. There is a BDCOM3310C with the latest firmware. Vlans run between them through switches. (included bypassing the switches - the result is the same). The essence of the problem:
Users behind BDCOM do not see virtual machines, while they see the ip address of proxmox. Conversely, virtual machines do not see users behind BDCOM, but the switch itself is visible from them. Tell me what could be the problem? Where to dig and what to pay attention to! Proxmox is configured with ovsbridge without firewall. On bdcom already something just did not turn off !!!!

I think routers have nothing to do with it. Here is a diagram of how everything is organized. In this scheme, "ALL" who behind proxmox see everything except the equipment behind BDCOM, while BDCOM itself is visible from proxmox. And vice versa, "ALL" who are behind BDCOM do not see those who are behind proxmox, but at the same time proxmox and everything outside of it is visible.
On the L2 switch, everything is disabled for protection (ACL, traffic segm, and so on)
