I need to come up with a topic for my dissertation. Master's thesis implies an initial level of scientific research. That is, there should be at least a little science, as far as I understand. I thought in the direction of genetic algorithms and ANNs, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to) I have no experience in these areas. Although you can try if you have any suggestions. I will be glad to any of your advice.

Take what interests you and do it. If nothing is interesting - do what is simpler.
Doing what is interesting not to you, but to others is nonsense and in general a complete failure.
